Constructitve Use of Time: such as young person spends three or more hours per week in lessons or practice in music, theatre, or other arts, young person spends three or more hours per week in activities in a religious institution, and young person is out with friends "with nothing special to do" two or fewer nights per week developed by using the "Capables Plan-A-Head, Think-A-Head pocket."
